ADHD Coaching for Self-Awareness, Communication & Meaningful Change

For adults with ADHD—and those who support them.

Living with ADHD often means knowing you’re capable while wondering why some things still feel harder than they should.

You know what needs to be done, yet following through isn’t always simple. You may have questioned yourself, felt misunderstood, or wondered why certain approaches never seemed to work as well for you as they did for someone else.

While practical strategies can be incredibly helpful, lasting change begins with understanding yourself. As you gain a deeper understanding of how your mind works, you’re able to develop habits, routines, and systems that work with your strengths while helping you navigate the realities of everyday life.

Through one-on-one ADHD coaching, we’ll work together to better understand how your mind works, recognize your strengths, identify patterns that may be getting in your way, strengthen communication, and apply those insights in practical ways that support your goals and help you move forward with greater confidence and intention.

My goal isn’t to change who you are. It’s to help you know yourself better so you can build confidence, strengthen your relationships, make more intentional choices, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My Approach

Meaningful Change Begins with Understanding

Every person is different. Even when two people share the same ADHD diagnosis, their experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals can be very different. My approach begins with getting to know you.

────────────────────────────────

Curiosity Before Judgment

Together, we'll explore your experiences with curiosity and without judgment. Through thoughtful conversation, I'll help you recognize patterns, better understand how you think, identify what's working, and uncover what's getting in your way. As your self-awareness grows, you'll gain greater clarity, confidence, and the ability to make more intentional choices.

────────────────────────────────

Collaboration Over Quick Fixes

Coaching with me is collaborative. I won't tell you who you should be or hand you a list of rules to follow. Instead, I'll ask thoughtful questions, challenge your thinking when appropriate, and support you as you discover practical solutions that fit your life, values, and goals.

────────────────────────────────

Turning Understanding into Action

As our work progresses, we'll turn these insights into meaningful action. That may include building sustainable habits, strengthening communication, creating accountability, improving follow-through, or developing strategies that work with your strengths rather than against them.

────────────────────────────────

Building Independence

I believe coaching should help you become more independent—not more dependent.
My goal isn't for you to rely on me forever. It's to help you develop the self-awareness, confidence, and tools to continue growing long after our work together ends.

Above all, I want coaching to feel like a place where you feel heard, understood, challenged, and supported. I believe that when people know themselves better, they make more intentional decisions, build stronger relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

About Natalie

My Story

Hi, I'm Natalie. I’ve always been curious about people. Long before I became an ADHD coach, I found myself asking questions about why people think differently, communicate differently, and experience the world in such unique ways. I’ve always been drawn to understanding what motivates us, what gets in our way, and why some things seem to come naturally while others feel unexpectedly difficult.

That curiosity eventually led me to ADHD coaching. What I love most about coaching isn’t helping people become someone else—it’s helping them better understand who they already are.

I’ve come to believe that many adults with ADHD spend years feeling misunderstood, not only by others, but sometimes by themselves. They’re often working incredibly hard, yet wondering why certain things still feel so difficult. I wanted to create a space where people could feel genuinely heard while also continuing to grow.

I believe understanding yourself changes everything. As you become more aware of your patterns, strengths, values, and challenges, you’re able to make more intentional decisions, communicate more effectively, strengthen your relationships, and build a life that works with who you are—not against it.

Professional Training

I completed my professional coach training through an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited program, including more than 70 hours of coach-specific education. I earned my Certified Professional Life Coach certification and completed advanced training through the Master Certified Professional Life Coach program.

My coaching is grounded in the ICF philosophy, which emphasizes thoughtful questioning, collaboration, and helping clients discover their own meaningful and sustainable solutions.

I’m also committed to lifelong learning. ADHD research continues to evolve, and I believe great coaching means staying curious, continuing to learn, and integrating new evidence while always remembering that no two people are exactly alike.

Beyond Coaching

Outside of coaching, I’m endlessly curious. Whether I’m reading about psychology, human behavior, health, or the latest ADHD research, I genuinely enjoy learning and making connections between ideas. That same curiosity is something I bring into every coaching conversation.

Above all, I hope every client leaves feeling more understood, more confident, and with a deeper understanding of themselves than when they first walked through my door.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to some of the questions I’m asked most often. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to answer your questions and help you determine whether coaching is the right fit.

ADHD coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change. Together, we work to build greater self-awareness, strengthen communication, and develop strategies that support your goals.

No. While many of my clients have ADHD, I also work with adults who want to improve communication, strengthen relationships, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change. I also support partners and loved ones of people with ADHD.

Coaching can help with ADHD-related challenges, communication and relationship challenges, accountability and follow-through, self-awareness, confidence, decision-making, life transitions, goal setting, and creating strategies that work for you.

The first step is scheduling a complimentary discovery call. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether coaching is the right fit.

I primarily offer coaching by phone. Many clients find phone sessions create a more focused, reflective conversation with fewer distractions. Virtual video sessions are also available if that’s your preference.

Coaching is offered through packages designed to provide consistency, support, and time for meaningful progress. Most clients begin with a three-month coaching partnership, with pricing based on session frequency and individual goals. We’ll discuss package options during your complimentary discovery call.

Coaching works best with consistency, which is why most clients begin with a three-month coaching partnership. The goal is to help you build self-awareness, confidence, and tools you can continue using beyond coaching. After the initial partnership, we can decide together whether continued support would be helpful.

Coaching and therapy can both support personal growth, self-awareness, and meaningful change, but they serve different purposes. Therapy is provided by licensed mental health professionals and may include diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on helping you better understand yourself, identify goals, navigate challenges, and create strategies that support the life you want to build. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment.
